Payment Policy

Here is every payment method available at checkout, along with how your payment details are protected in transit.

Methods we accept

Credit and debit cards

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express; the transaction runs through our provider.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

Available on supported devices and browsers as an express checkout option.

Klarna

Offered at checkout where eligible. Terms are set by Klarna, not by us.

Afterpay

Available at checkout where eligible. The agreement is between you and Afterpay.

Currency

Pricing is in US dollars throughout, for both display and payment. We do not apply a handling or processing surcharge.

How your card details are handled

The checkout passes card details straight to the payment processor over TLS. We keep no card numbers and receive only the transaction result.

When you are charged

You are charged when you place the order, not when it is dispatched. If it cannot be fulfilled we cancel it and refund everything. See the Cancellation Policy.

Declined payments

A refused payment means no order and no charge, even if a temporary hold appears on the account. Your card issuer can explain it; otherwise call +1 917-652-4368.
