1Agreement

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Brooklyn Decal of 39 Washington Ave Unit 208, Brooklyn, NY 11205, United States. Placing an order means you accept them.

2Products and descriptions

We describe products as accurately as we can, using the manufacturer's own specifications where those exist. Photographs are illustrative and colours vary between screens. Where a specification is not stated on a listing, we have not been able to confirm it and it should not be assumed.

3Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and include no sales tax unless shown at checkout. Stock is finite and listings can sell out between your order and our packing it. If we cannot fulfil an order we cancel it and refund in full. Where a listing carries an obvious pricing error we may cancel rather than supply, and you will be told before anything is charged.

4Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch it, not when the confirmation email arrives. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, where the address cannot be delivered to, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.

5Payment

Payment is taken at the point of order through our payment provider. Full terms are on the Payment Policy page.

We do not store card numbers at any stage.

6Delivery

We ship to United States addresses only. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, because the carrier controls transit. Full detail is on the Shipping Policy page.

7Returns

Returns are governed by the Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in it affects your statutory rights.

8Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or use it to place fraudulent orders. We may withdraw access where that happens.

9Intellectual property

The text, layout and images produced for this site belong to Brooklyn Decal. Manufacturer names and product images remain the property of their respective owners and appear here to identify the goods we sell.

10Liability

We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered, in the condition described, and for putting it right when we do not. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States.
