Shipping Policy
This page covers United States shipping for every order placed with Brooklyn Decal: what it costs, when it leaves, how long it takes and who to contact if it does not arrive.
The short version
Flat $4.50 shipping, free over $25, United States only, dispatched within one business day.

Delivery is charged at a flat $4.50 per order. Orders above $25 qualify for free shipping, which the checkout applies for you.
Dispatch and delivery times
Packing normally happens the next business day. Delivery typically takes a further 3 to 7 business days. We do not dispatch at weekends or on public holidays.
Where we ship
Orders can only be delivered to United States addresses. We do not ship overseas.
Damaged parcels
If something arrives damaged, email info@decalworks.shop within 48 hours with pictures of both the packaging and the item. We will replace it or refund it and cover any return cost.
Delayed or missing parcels
A parcel with no tracking movement for five business days is treated as delayed. Let us know and we will pursue it with the carrier.
